6 Days: 6 days: We send an email to those who have not used the app for 6 days, including their manager in the CC.

9 Days: 9 days: We send a final reminder to those who have not used it for 9 days and add both their manager and HR manager to the CC in this email.

20 Days: After 20 days, we send a general reminder to those who have not used it.
